I have more worry lines on my forehead than borders on a global map.
Dos veces al año tenemos que cruzar la frontera entre Canadá y Estados Unidos, y cada vez tengo algunas arrugas más en la frente porque siempre me pone nerviosa.
Twice a year we have to cross the border between Canada and the United States, and every time I have some more wrinkles on my forehead because it always makes me nervous.
Frente al Río Grande aquí está la frontera con México. De vez en cuando cruzamos la frontera para almorzar y tomar una cerveza o una margarita. Y por supuesto practicamos hablar español.
In front of the Rio Grande here is the border with Mexico. From time to time we cross the border for lunch and have a beer or a margarita. And of course we practice speaking Spanish.
Una vez me metí accidentalmente en la frontera, así que me golpeé la frente.
I once accidentally got in the border crossing line so I smacked myself on the forehead.
