Welcome back! Another beautiful week! The first week of October has come and gone. October is my family’s favourite month!!!

Cuando estaba en la escuela siempre esperaba con ansias que llegara junio porque era cuando terminaban las clases.
Julio es el mes en el que impartí clases de natación en la piscina local.
When I was in school, I always looked forward to June because that’s when classes ended.
July is the month I taught swimming lessons at the local pool.
Junio es un gran mes porque el 21 es el comienzo del verano y el 1 de julio es el cumpleaños de Canadá. Dentro de unos tres meses todos desearemos que volvamos a ser junio y julio.
June is a great month because the 21st is the beginning of summer and the 1st of July is Canada’s birthday. In about three months we will all wish it was again June and July.

June and July are my favourite months of the year.
Mi cumpleaños es en Junio, pero julio es mi mes favorito. julio es tiempo de vacaciones.
My birthday is in June, but July is my favorite month. July is vacation time.

Are you curious about “Canadians Speak Spanish”?
A wonderful opportunity to speak (hablar) and practice in Spanish. The students have a great time speaking with others and meeting new people. We have guests who are hispanics too!
We had SO much fun last Tuesday!! We talked SO much español and laughed and learned! And my favourite part was that my daughter joined the class WOW!!
The next one will be Tuesday November 5th. YOUPPI!
