Commonly Confused Words in Spanish Week 5

I am so impressed with the participation.  We’re having fun and learning at the same time.

Here are some fantastic sentences from last week.

Ayer tenía mucho dinero en mi billetera hasta que compré una pizza grande con mucho pepperoni y dos cervezas.  La pizza y la cerveza eran riquísimas, pero ahora soy muy pobre pero muy contento.

Yesterday I had a lot of money in my wallet until I bought a large pizza with lots of pepperoni and 2 beers.  The pizza and beers were delicious, but now I am very poor but very happy!

Cuando era joven tenía muchos amigos que estaban muy felices de jugar con mis juguetes. Ahora que soy mayor tengo muchos amigos que tienen mucho dinero y me dejan jugar con sus juguetes y estoy muy feliz.  jajajaja

When I was young, I had a lot of friends who were happy to play with my toys.  Now that I am older, I have a lot of friends who have a lot of money and they let me  play with their toys.  I am very happy. hahahaha.
