Sunday is here again. Did you know that learning a new language will increase your memory function? How cool is that? I know that anything to help my memory helps me in my daily life! WOW!

After receiving an invitation, many of the guests celebrated my birthday with me.

La invitada me mostró la invitación que le di para ver el partido de hockey el sábado por la noche. Mi equipo venció a los Senadores de Ottawa. Ya.
The guest showed me the invitation that I gave her for the hockey game Saturday night. My team beat the Ottawa Senators. YES!

Si va a ser un invitado en la casa de alguien, generalmente es mejor si recibe una invitación. Ja, ja ja.
If you are going to be a guest in someone’s home, generally it’s better if you receive an invitation. hahaha

“Canadians speak Spanish” community – an opportunity for you to practice your Spanish with others.   

A few weeks ago, I hosted a group conversation class with 7 participants. We had a chance to share as a large group and then go into break out rooms to have the opportunity to speak (hablar) in spanish. We laughed, we learned and we made new friends. We had a blast! (¡Gozamos mucho!). The next one is Tuesday May 3rd. There is 1 spot left. The cost is $15 per person for a FUN evening.
