Sunday is here again and it’s Mother’s day. If you are a Mother; I would like to wish you un “Feliz Día de las Madres” (Happy Mother’s day). And if you have a special Mother in your life; please give her an abrazo (a hug or un beso (a kiss).

Going back to last week’s words and challenge, do you remember what they were? Find out the answers below.

Here are the fantastic responses that came in. I love the creativity! YOUPPI!

Ayer, el mensajero de Amazon tenía una caja para mí. Yo no estaba en casa así que me dejó un mensaje.
Yesterday, the courier from Amazon had a box for me. I was not at home so he left me a message.

Tenía un mensaje en mi teléfono para recordarme una cita.
I had a telephone message on my phone to remind me of an appointment.

Hay muchos paquetes en el vestíbulo que los mensajeros deben haber dejado allí.
There are many packages in the lobby that the messengers must have left there.

“Canadians speak Spanish” community – an opportunity for you to practice your Spanish with others.

Tuesday night I hosted the second community conversation class. A group conversation class with 8 participants. We had a BLAST! (¡Gozamos mucho!)
We had a chance to share as a large group and then go into break out rooms to have the opportunity to speak (hablar) in spanish. We laughed, we learned and we made new friends. Stay tuned for the next one. The cost is $15 per person for a FUN evening.

¡Que tengas un bonito día!
