Ella comió uvas púrpuras y verdes al sol.
She ate purple and green grapes in the sun. 

Yo como las uvas cuándo tengo hambre y yo me como las uñas cuándo estoy nerviosa.
I eat grapes when I am hungry and I eat my fingernails when I am nervous.

Cuando tengo las uñas largas es difícil comer uvas  jajaja
When my fingernails are long it is difficult to eat grapes. hahaha

Cuando estaba comiendo las uvas, tomé un bocado demasiado grande y accidentalmente me comí dos de mis uñas. Ahora tengo mucho dolor en el dedo. Sin embargo, me encantaban las uvas verdes.
When I was eating the grapes, I took a bite too big and accidentally ate two of my nails. Now I have a lot of pain in my finger. However, I loved green grapes.

Me encanta que me pinte las uñas una manicurista. A veces tengo cinco colores diferentes en las uñas de los pies y de las manos. ¡Yo las llamo mis uñas de sabelotodo!
I love having my nails painted by a manicurist. I sometimes have five different colours on my toenails and hands. I call them my know-it-all nails!

Las uvas son buenas para comer, pero también para beber. Se llama vino.
Grapes are good to eat but also to drink. It’s called wine.

What is it? A community of Canadians who want to practice Spanish with other eager learners.

Why join? It’s a great opportunity for you. The group is welcoming and you get lots of time to hablar (speak) and practice español.

Results: The community conversation classes are close to a real life experience….where you would travel and meet new people and practice español. Come “travel” with us and enjoy 1 hour of laughing, learning and making new friends.

Date & Cost: We always have a blast (gozamos). Stay tuned for the next one in September.
