Sunday is here again! The kids’ are back in school and my new semester is about to begin. YOUPPI!!!!

Cuando vivia en Saudi Arabia yo compré muchas alfombras hermosas y suaves pero no pude comprar una almohada suave. Mi almohada era muy dura.
When I lived in Saudi Arabia I bought a lot of beautiful and soft rugs but I could not buy a soft pillow. My pillow is very hard.
Uso una almohada para dormir para que no me duela el cuello. Una alfombra en el suelo suele ser suave para los pies.
I use a sleeping pillow so my neck doesn’t hurt. A rug on the floor is usually soft on my feet.
Recientemente compramos una nueva almohada para mi y es muy cómoda. No tenemos una alfombra grande. La alfombra pequeña de nuestra sala de estar es muy bonita pero es muy difícil aspirarla.
We recently bought a new pillow for me and it’s very comfortable. We don’t have a large rug. The small rug in our living room is very nice but very difficult to vacuum.

Canadians speak Spanish community – an opportunity for you to practice your Spanish with others.
What is it? A community of Canadians who want to practice Spanish with other eager learners.
Why join? It’s a great opportunity for you. The group is welcoming and you get lots of time to hablar (speak) and practice español.
Results: The community conversation classes are close to a real life experience….where you would travel and meet new people and practice español. Come “travel” with us and enjoy 1 hour of laughing, learning and making new friends.
Date & Cost: We always have a blast! (gozamos). The next one will be held this Tuesday September 13th 2022.
