Welcome back! OMG!! It’s June. How did that happen? I will teach until the end of June and take a break for July and August. This has been an incredible semester. My students keep learning and progressing. We have lots of FUN!

When I was five, I wanted to be fifty. Now I want to be five again.
Creo que te diviertes más a los cinco años que a los cincuenta.
I think you have more fun at age five than age fifty.
Siempre tengo muchos problemas con numeros español. Cinco es bueno por que es facil de recordar. Pero nunca recuerdo la diferencia entre cincuenta y quinientos. Este es un problema en los taxis en mexico. jajaja
I always have many problems with Spanish numbers. Five is good because it is easy to remember. But I never remember the difference between fifty and five hundred. This is a problem in taxis in Mexico.. hahaha
Mi yerno cumple cincuenta años este año. Le estamos organizando una fiesta de cumpleaños sorpresa!
My son in law turns fifty this year. We are throwing him a surprise birthday party!

Are you curious about “Canadians Speak Spanish”?
A wonderful opportunity to speak (hablar) and practice in Spanish. The students have a great time speaking with others and meeting new people. We have guests who are hispanics too!
We had SO much fun this past Tuesday!! We talked about Mother’s day! Check out the awesome photo!!
