Tengo una amiga que es muy inteligente y fuerte pero no le gusta estar demasiado cerca de una hormiga. Ella piensa que la hormiga la va a morder. No creo que eso suceda a menos que sea una hormiga de fuego.
I have a friend who is very smart and strong but doesn’t like to be too close to an ant. She thinks the ant will bite her. I don’t think that’s gonna happen unless it’s a fire ant.
Cuando vivíamos en una zona rural teníamos muchas hormigas. Algunas pequeñas y otras grandes.
Tengo algunas amigas que son muy divertidas y otras a quienes les gusta hacer cosas tranquilas.
When we lived in a rural area we had a lot of ants. Some small and some large. I have some friends who are very fun and others who like to do quiet things.
Una vez hice un amiga con una hormiga, pero a veces me costó entenderlo. ¡Ja! ¡Ja!
I once made a friend with an ant, but I sometimes had a hard time understanding him. Ha! Ha!

Are you curious about “Canadians Speak Spanish”?
A wonderful opportunity to speak (hablar) and practice in Spanish. The students have a great time speaking with others and meeting new people. We have guests who are hispanics too!
