Weekly Word Challenge – Cucaracha y Cuchara

Welcome back! It’s October.  Thanksgiving! Acción de Gracias. Our family loves this celebration. It’s Christmas without the pressure. We get to enjoy time together and we eat delicious food. This weekend, my brother-in-law and family are joining us. My husband is very happy.  How are you celebrating?

I once tried to tie all by cassette tapes with my belt. It didn’t work very well!

Recuerdo escuchar música con cintas de cassette cuando era joven.  De vez en cuando llevo una cintura. 
I remember listening to music on cassette tapes when I was young.  Once in awhile, I wear a belt.

Are you curious about “Canadians Speak Spanish”?

A wonderful opportunity to speak (hablar) and practice in Spanish. The students have a great time speaking with others and meeting new people. We have guests who are hispanics too!

This week’s session was FUN! My cousin Carlos joined us. We had a blast talking about Halloween!!

The next session is Tuesday November 4th! Join us! Spaces are filling up!
